- Some unembellished products may be returned for an account credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, product must be in brand new condition (unworn / unused) and original item packaging (if applicable).
- Most products, if returnable, are subject to a restocking fee – generally 15% of the original purchase price.
- If you anticipate returning unused product, we highly suggest you prearrange this with your sales rep. Minimum Restocking fee is $5.
- Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable when calculating eligible refunds.
- Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.
- Return authorization in always required – please contact info@cliostudio.com or your sales rep to request a return authorization.
- Please note: Once an order is placed (when payment processing is complete) it cannot be cancelled. Please place your orders carefully.
- Once custom products have been created, customized, embellished or altered, they ARE NOT eligible for refund.
- If a final product is printed or embellished poorly (must be documented), a discount on original services fee issued as an account credit may be authorized.
- In the case of a verified quality control deficiency or actual product defect, a repair or remake may be granted.
- Sizing issues are not product defects – see measurements & fitting entry for details
- In the case of base product or services not meeting standards, a replacement of equal or greater value may be authorized.
- Alternately, an account credit may be created, upon approval, if client chooses not to receive a replacement for a verified “faulty” product.
- Return authorization is required to receive a refund for eligible product – see “Returns & Exchanges – Blank Product Only” to determine if your return request may be eligible (not all products are eligible for returns).
- Once a return authorization has been issued, product(s) must be returned, at customers expense, prior to any eligible refunds being initiated.
- Note: Eligible claims on paid invoice(s) will be refunded (less any fees) when return product has reached its destination.
- Please allow at least one business day for refund initiation following arrival of returned product at its destination.
- Design deposits are required to initiate any and all custom projects regardless of design requirements.
- Range – Typically $25-$100 based on project scope – please check with your sales rep to determine what it will be.
- Design Deposits ARE NOT production guarantees – your project is not considered “in production” until a signed quote approval has been received by Clio Studio AND any required deposit OR payment in full (determined by your client account status).
- Design deposits may be applied to your order when order is placed prior to the expiration of the associated project quote (usually a 30 day window).
- Design deposits are non-refundable.
- Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review all details in your quote and any mock-up(s) or proof carefully prior to completing your order submission.
- If you notice an error after receiving your invoice but prior to submitting payment, please submit the correction PRIOR to paying so we can adjust the invoice and make the correction to your order before it gets sent to production.
- In some cases, we may be able to modify your order if the request is received within 24 hours of order processing however, we do NOT guarantee this.
- If a design or artwork change is requested after order acceptance (check with your sales rep), there will be an associated change fee.
- Please follow all guidelines for taking accurate measurements when submitting for custom apparel.
- There are unique guidelines on the separate forms for specialty occasion wear, competitive apparel and costuming. It is very important that you follow the guidelines so that your end product fits properly for the intended use.
- Per the terms of our custom apparel creations, your Clio Studio original items will be made to the measurements submitted.
- A single adjustment for proper fit will be included in the custom apparel production fee (if your Clio Creator determines it is necessary).
- Fit issues resulting from a change in measurements from the time of order submission and/or improper measurements submitted are NOT considered a production defect and are therefore billable as Alterations at our standard rate of $15 hourly.
- Sizing adjustments or design enhancements or revisions requested after project delivery, are considered alterations billable at the hourly rate of $15 plus materials.
Site visit billing rates are $25 hourly plus mileage regardless of services rendered.
- Samples may be requested for many of our products – please ask your sales rep whether or not a sample is available for the product(s) you are interested in.
- Sizing Sets for custom apparel will require a deposit and must be returned in same condition as when provided to be eligible for a refund or credit on your order.
- Deposits are generally charged at blank cost for the product provided.
- Deposits will be considered refundable or creditable to your final order less any necessary restocking fee (up to 15%).
- Your sizing set check-out and check-in terms will be provided by your sales rep.
- Sizers that are not returned within the specified return window (usually 14 days from check out) will be considered purchased by the client and no longer eligible to be used as a credit future orders unless an extension is requested and granted. Contact your sales rep to request an extension on sizer sets after check-out.
